Register & Management

Log in to connect.sixfab.com.
Navigate to "Assets" from the side menu.
Click the "Register Asset" button in the top menu within the page.
Enter the ICCID and click "Register" button.

From the Assets page, go to Asset details. The SIM status, name and Fleet (Data Limit) can be changed in the preferences.

How does your charging works?

Credit card is entered for payment, minimum balance threshold and auto charge amount are set. Then, as the balance falls below the minimum limit, money equal to the loading limit from the card is charged to the balance. All pay as you go (PAYG) consumptions, data pool plan fees and monthly fees are charged from the balance, and are not charged from the credit card.

The cost of a SIM card is $3.
There are two ways to be charged: Pay as you go (PAYG) or Data Pool Plan (DPP). The default plan is PAYG.
With PAYG, you are charged $2 per month for each active SIM card, plus $0.1 per MB atleast of data used.
With Data Pool Plan, you pay a monthly fee for a data pool, and then each SIM card in your account can use data from that pool. The cost of the data pool varies depending on the region and volume of data you need.
The data in a Data Pool Plan can be shared among the SIM cards in your account.
Each Data Pool Plan has a validity of 30 days, or it may expire sooner if you use up all of the data in the pool.
If you are subscribed to a Data Pool Plan, it will automatically renew when it expires. If you are not subscribed to a Data Pool Plan, your SIM cards will be charged according to the PAYG rates when the Data Pool Plan expires.
SIM cards can be managed from the Sixfab Connect Platform. For each active SIM card, you are charged $2 per month, whether it is used or not.
The Sixfab Connect Platform works on a prepaid basis. You need to add a balance to your account before you can use it. The balance has a minimum threshold amount. If the balance falls below the minimum threshold, it will automatically be topped up from your credit card. The amount that is automatically topped up is called the Auto Charge Amount, and it must be at least $10.

In summary, the cost of the Sixfab Connect SIM Card depends on how you use it. If you use a lot of data, the Data Pool Plan plan may be a better option for you. If you only use a small amount of data, the PAYG plan may be a better option. You can also use a combination of the two plans.

Does it support 5G?

No, it does not support NB-IoT and 5G network.

Are data limits monthly?

Yes, the limits shown in the fleet section of your asset preferences are applied monthly, and when you exceed these limits, your connection will be disconnected. Data limit option limits your monthly SIM data usage to prevent unexpected costs.

Does Sixfab SIM support voice calls, SMS or static IP?

Sixfab SIM does not support voice calls , SMS and static IP.

What information is stored on a SIM card?

A SIM card mainly stores carrier credentials in the form of a unique identifier called the ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier), an IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) and an authentication key that validates the IMSI toward the mobile carrier.

How can I transfer an SIM to different account?

Send a request email from the asset owner's email to [email protected]. Please include your asset information and the email address registered on the Sixfab Connect Platform to which you intend to transfer the asset.
