Q Are there sleep modes or power-saving configurations?

No, there are no sleep modes or power-saving configurations.

Q Does the product work in a metal box?

If placing the device inside a metal panel, remember to connect the earth pin to the panel's ground connection. Inside a metal panel, built-in antennas won't work; so it should be used with an external combo antenna. Don't forget to extend them outside. These antennas are suitable for normal use cases.

Q Which operating systems are supported?

ALPON X4 only supports the customized Raspberry Pi OS we provide. Other operating systems are not supported, as they may prevent access to key features and impact device performance.
