Update on Pico LTE SDK Azure IoT Hub

Azure IoT Hub uses TLS certificates issued by the Baltimore CyberTrust Root, which expires in 2025. All IoT hubs in the global Azure cloud are migrating to a new TLS certificate issued by the DigiCert Global Root G2. Therefore, our Azure app documentation is updated to run with new certification system. Also, current PicoLTE SDK is already compatible with this change.
