An LTE Category 4 module in the standard PCI Express MiniCard form factor, available in single mode and with 3G fallback. Install it on the 3G/4G & LTE Base HAT to bring cellular connectivity to a Raspberry Pi. On the Base HAT this module communicates over USB only.

Telit ME910C1-WW Mini PCIe LTE-M & NB-IoT Module
The Cat M1/NB1 member of the Telit xE910 series, specified in 3GPP Release 13. Cat M1 and NB1 devices are built for IoT deployments that need low power draw and deeper coverage rather than high throughput.

Quectel EG25 / EC25 Mini PCIe 4G LTE Module
An LTE Category 4 module in the standard PCI Express MiniCard form factor, built for M2M and IoT use, reaching 150 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up. It falls back to EDGE and GSM/GPRS where 4G or 3G coverage is missing. Integrated GNSS uses Qualcomm IZat Gen8C Lite and supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and QZSS.

Quectel EM05-G LTE Cat 4 M.2 Module
An LTE Category 4 module in the standard M.2 (NGFF) form factor, built to 3GPP Release 11 and reaching 150 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up. The global EM05-G variant works on LTE-FDD, LTE-TDD, DC-HSDPA, HSPA+, WCDMA and CDMA networks, and the 30 × 42 × 2.3 mm package fits designs where a Mini PCIe card is too large. Firmware can be updated over the air with DFOTA.

Quectel RM502Q-AE 5G Sub-6 M.2 Module
